Our client, a leading investment manager, is looking to appoint a Researcher into its debt team. The role will focus on the Real Estate sector within the UK portfolio. The role will involve analysing large data sets to extract key pieces of information and identifying trends which can be used to influence investment and strategy decisions. A large part of the role will also include writing these findings into summaries, and more in-depth reports.
An existing knowledge of the UK Real Estate market is essential for this role, and you will have prior experience analysing debt. You will have an impeccable command of the English language both orally and written and must have a naturally inquisitive mind.
