Cobalt Recruitment is currently assisting a main A1 contractor on their search for an experienced M&E Manager. The successful candidate will lead a team of Engineers in delivering the project within budget, time frame and to M&E specifications, as well as co-ordinating with Clients and contractors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • 8 years relevant Civil project M&E experience – Large scale Building projects
  • Has experience working with A1 main contractors
  • Familiar with project management (planning, design and construction) and capable of leading a team of technical staff to co-ordinate and resolve site-related Mechanical and Electrical matters with clients, architects and contractors
