Design Manager Bedfordshire/Cambridgeshire

My client is looking for a Design Manager to work on either one large commercial project or a range of smaller value commercial projects – typical projects range from £10m – £100m.
Desirable Experience
– 5 years of experience within the field of Design.
– Must have exposure to tender and delivery phases on a range of commercial construction projects.
– Leading and managing design team through project life cycle.
– Main Contractor experience desirable.
– Extensive software skills.
– Educated to a high standard – such as Construction Degree.
– Proficient in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
