Development & Investment Analyst – Central London
Salary from £50,000 – £65,000 plus benefits and bonus.
Our client is a real estate development and financing company based in London. Development project types vary between planning, conversion schemes and ground up developments.
The company invests predominantly into UK based projects. They are looking for a hands on, driven, self-starter, well – rounded professional to cover various functions but mainly to owning Real Estate transactions from project on-boarding through to deal exit.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Initial project opportunity screening and assessment
- Conducting Financial Analysis including cash flow modelling, carrying out asset valuation and preparing development appraisals
- Sensitivity and Scenario analysis
