Residential Planning & Development Manager (MRICS)
Salary £80,000 to £100,000 plus benefits and bonus.
Based in Surrey.
We are currently working on a Residential Planning and Development Management opportunity to work for a leading Prop Co with a substantial residential portfolio (£1bn + AUM).
You will be tasked with acquisitions, development, refurbishment, sales, lettings, compliance and property management.
You will report into the Managing Director providing day to day support on the portfolio whilst assisting with development and implementation of the plans and goals for the business.
You will ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies and current legislation whilst focusing on major works, site appraisals and development acquisitions.
