Our client is a leading Central London Developer who has a successful track record of creating some of the capitals most iconic developments. Specialising in mixed use development, this company strives to create design lead schemes that are high end and have been finished to impeccable standards.
The role is mainly focused on front end development, planning, design and the management of eternal consultants to ensure that each project is on track to completion. This also includes working with in house sales and marketing teams to ensure successful development delivery.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of working with larger scale developments and have previous exposure within property design and planning. The candidate must be numerically strong and be able to demonstrate an understanding of property finance and investment. Excellent management skills is essential for this role along side strong communication and personal skills.
