Our client is one of London’s largest Landlords and owns a substantial mixed-use real estate portfolio throughout Central London and the West End. An experienced and driven Acquisitions Manager is required to further build the residential component of the property portfolio.The candidate should have a proven track record acquiring residential investment and development sites throughout London and have extensive contacts within the London Real Estate market. The candidate should be highly articulate, commercially astute, client-facing, and personable. Solid appraisal skills and the ability to run financial appraisals on Excel will be helpful.
The candidate is likely to currently reside within a large Residential landlord, developer or landed estate, and be seeking a more autonomous environment that provides a stronger remuneration structure.
