The successful candidate would be involved in raising third-party capital for private equity real estate funds and lead in presenting and interacting with prospective investors. You would work closely with the portfolio and fund management teams and actively participate in fundraising projects.
You would need to have an excellent track record in fund and capital raising and be well-networked and acquainted with investors including HNWI, asset managers, institutional investors, family offices, insurance companies, private banks and wealth managers.
You would be disciplined, resourceful and excellent at relationship building.
You will have a good Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics or Real Estate, with at least 8 years of experience in capital raising across Private Equity and Real Estate. You must possess in-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and a keen understanding of investments. You must also demonstrate good report writing and communication skills.
