I have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, career focused Secretary/PA who is interested in working in Intellectual Property. This is so much more than your typical Legal Secretarial/PA role. You will become the absolute backbone of this busy team where you will manage your authors’ diaries, enjoy some great client contact and really get to know the files. Full training in IP is provided, so its a great chance to build on your legal knowledge within a supportive learning environment.

Great training and development is available within this friendly, organised team who are both easy to work for and will appreciate your efforts. They are looking for someone who is progressive, forward thinking and organised. Someone who doesn’t get involved in office politics, can use their initiative once they are up to speed and has fantastic technical skills with regard to advanced MS Word skills with great knowledge around formatting documents

Minimum two years experience as a Legal Secretary is required, the team will consider a solid intermediate to senior. Excellent MS Word skills, experience with monthly billing and formatting documents is required.
