Our client, a large consultancy is looking for a Facilities Management Consultant to join the team for a 6 month contract. This is a client facing role, which requires PFI experience. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for meeting the requirements of the clients in relation to facilities management and asset management.

Essential Skills

  • PFI or hospital experience is essential
  • Conducting technical audits and surveys
  • Mobilisation of new contracts under management as well as newly constructed buildings
  • Experience of Health, Safety and Environmental management systems.
  • IOSH preferred.
