A well-known respected client in the property industry is looking for an intermediate building manager/facilities manager for their business located south of Auckland City.
This business is renowned for their delivery of development projects, whilst being exceptional managers of their own commercial and residential portfolio.
The person suited to this role will have proven experience and/or capable of the following:
Working currently in a facility or property manager roleEffective communicator and team playerA keen interest in property/development/facilities managementPositive stakeholder/relationship buildingContractor managementOpex/Capex budgetingImplementing maintenance plansNegotiation/Dispute resolution
Lease knowledge in the NZ Market
