Facilities Relationship Manager

Cobalt Recruitment are currently working with a global real estate investment manager to find a Relationship Manager to join their London based Property Management Team. This position involves overseeing the external Property Management and Facilities Management suppliers across the company’s UK portfolio and creating and communicating status reports to the upper management team in regards to performance. A RICS or similar qualification is preferred as is a background in facilities management and a passion for developing strong, trusted working relationships.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring the service levels and key performance indicators.
  • Leading the tendering process, writing contract specifications, viewing presentations, negotiating terms and conducting comprehensive market research.
  • Providing a senior escalation point for the company in regards to service performance or questions and concerns.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the level of service and apply where appropriate the company’s sustainability strategy.

Previous experience in both contract management and property management is required as are excellent report writing skills. This role is ideally suited to a forward thinking individual with a passion for facilities and 5* service delivery.
