The Company Our client is an established well-known REIT with an opening for a Finance Executive to join their team.

The Position

This position will be an interesting opportunity to part of the finance team and be responsible for a wide-range of crucial and challenging tasks. Specific work includes:

  • Prepare monthly group consolidation, including inter-company reconciliation
  • Closing and managing listed REITs accounts (for a year)
  • Handling full-sets accounts (AP, AR, GL)
  • Collating and process bank confirmations, legal confirmations and necessary year-end audit procedures (Director resolutions on AGM, letter of representation etc)
  • Assist in quarterly announcements;
  • Prepare MAS and GST reports for asset management company and REIT

The Person

  • You will have exposure to a listed Real Estate Platform, at least 3 to 4 years.
  • Open to Big4 accountant, with specific experience in Real Estate Funds or REITs
  • You will have experience in full-sets accounting, management reporting, and consolidation
  • Minimum qualification with Diploma in Accounting or ACCA.
  • You will be an independent worker who is able to work efficiently under minimal supervision
