Job Title: Financial Controller
Location: Central London
Salary: £Competitive

Our client specialise in the provision of property related finance, providing owners, investors and developers with finance solutions. Due to recent success they are looking to grow their team and add a Financial Controller.

The role will involve but not be limited to:

  • Book keeping
  • Financial reporting (P&L, BS, CF, IFRS)
  • Month end reporting
  • Management accounting (MI)
  • Treasury
  • Deal analysis
  • Individual deal analysis (financial assessment, including solvency)
  • Investor reporting
  • Company secretarial
  • KYC
  • Compliance

The successful candidate will:

  • Be qualified ACA/ACCA/ accountant
  • Have previous experience in Real Estate and bank / lender platform
  • Sound knowledge of accounting (UK GAAP & IFRS)
