Lettings Accounts Administrator Central London Permanent

£20k-£23k

We have an opportunity available with a reputable, successful property Estate Agent who are market leaders within the industry. They are looking for a Lettings Account Administrator to work in a small team of driven and motivated people to keep the property accounts and the administration running smoothly and efficiently.

They are looking for a Lettings Accounts Administrator with a keen eye for detail, who ideally has lettings or estate agency experience and is a confident communicator.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deal with the banking and posting of cheques and transfers through the system.
  • Processing the daily invoices and pay direct debits.
  • Handle all queries from the landlord and tenants.
  • Instructing and liaising with solicitors to recover debt.
  • Assist with the setting up new properties onto the system.

Personal Requirements

  • Residential Lettings experience is preferable.
  • An understanding of Client Accounting.
  • Experience using Excel and accounting systems is preferable.
  • A motivated, fast learner who has excellent attention to detail.
  • Have plenty of initiative and a keen eye for detail.
