Our Client is a global leading financier, providing bespoke financing solutions to a range of industries including alternatives and major property developments. Due to growth they are now seeking a Financial Modeller to join their London team.

Joining their Finance team and in partnership with their commercial deals team to validate new real estate debt opportunities for the business, the successful individual will report into the Finance Director and will be responsible for the finance modelling and analysis for new property developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Modelling and Performance Analysis for assessment of new property development and financing investment opportunities
  • Preparation of P&L balance sheet and cash flow models
  • Review debt structures and underwriting parameters to test assumptions and sensitivities
  • Production of detailed deal specific financial analysis
  • Assess and quantify key risks in new lending and investment opportunities
  • Business partnering with Commercial Real Estate, Investor Relations and Finance departments

Skills Required

  • Strong Financial Modelling track record or Advanced Excel
  • Part Qualified or studying (ACCA or CIMA or ACA)
  • Real estate or property sector knowledge
  • Financial Analysis preferred
