Flexi-Retail Agent (Senior Surveyor – Director Level)

A global provider of flexible retail space are currently seeking real estate retail agents/surveyors to join their team from Senior Surveyor to Director level. This role will specialise in providing longer-term leases and building relationships to on-board private clients.

You will be responsible for advising prestigious Central London/ UK landlords and private clients on the positive impact of offering flexible retail space, guiding them through the entire life-cycle.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of the future in flexible retail leasing, driving change in traditional retail brokerage.

Key skills and experience needed for the role include:

Proven professional experience within retail property (ideally within retail agency).
In-depth knowledge of retail landlords, tenants and emerging brands.
Entrepreneurial self starter that is passionate about getting deals done.
Excellent network within the retail real estate market.

Salary from £40,000 – £80,000 per annum plus commission/bonuses.

Based in Central London.
