My client is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to be responsible for the provision of legal support to financing and commercial transactions of the Group such as debt and equity financing (including related party transactions), joint ventures, vendor and B2B transactions, and general corporate/commercial transactions undertaken by the Group.

This is an exciting role where you will take charge of global deals independently.

Key requirements:

  • A senior lawyer with at least 7 years Post-Qualified Experience (PQE), with excellent track record as in-house legal counsel or in private practice
  • Extensive experience in financing and corporate/commercial transactions
  • International/cross border experience
  • Commercial minded and able to work independently
