Our Client a leading real estate private equity manager is seeking a Fund Accountant to join their London team responsible for reporting on fund entities.
As the successful candidate you will be working on both commercial finance and accounting work streams with exposure to SPV’s cash flows and statutory accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Fund consolidation and management accounts for SPV’s
- Reviewing Balance sheet reconciliations, income statements and cash flow statements
- Managing budgets and forecasts
- Fund return forecasting
- Implementing draw downs/ capital statements
Key Requirements
- German Language skills
- Real Estate knowledge preferred
- US GAAP experience preferred
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA Part-Qualified
