General Manager – PRS
Manchester Area
My client is seeking a General Manager for a 600 unit, high-end PRS site in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have property management and lettings experience, as well as a solid understanding of the Build to Rent sector. A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service is essential, as is previous experience with managing a team. ARLA qualifications are desirable but not essential.
Salary £50,000 – £65,000 depending on experience.
