Based North-West

A large and well-respected management company in the UK is seeking a Block Manager to join their Manchester team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of leasehold property and good experience with service charge budgets. A driving license is essential. Block management experience and IRPM qualifications are desirable, though candidates without a lot of experience but possessing a great attitude are welcome to apply.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Providing exceptional levels of service to clients
Site inspections and monitoring on-site works
Ensuring compliance and Health & Safety, completing risk assessments
Working to deadlines
Completing Section 20 Notices
Preparing, agreeing and issuing service charge budgets
Chairing AGMs
Assisting the Block Management team
Promoting the brand through exceptional customer service
