We are currently assisting a multinational real estate consultancy firm to recruit for a Head of Data Centre. This is a new role covering South East Asia based in Singapore. You will be responsible to structure complex, high value, data centre transactions. You will also be responsible to provide advisory services to corporate clients on data centres including colocation, acquisitions, investments, market analysis and portfolio management.
To qualify for this role, you need to have a Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university an at least 12 years experience in brokering data centre transactions. You also have to be an expert in complex TCO modelling and have strong network in data centre providers and users.
