Cobalt is proud to partner with an international engineering conglomerate on their search for their Regional director of program management. Our client is a multi-disciplinary consortium of consulting engineers and are looking to bring on board a regional program director to specifically spearhead their mission critical infrastructure portfolios across APAC, Japan and China.

In this the role you will lead the Regional program management office, providing overall leadership for strategy and delivery. You will champion the business development activities and be responsible for bid management, project execution, overseas the regional teams and country leads. Success in this role is measured by developing and managing key clients and businesses. Envisioning the necessary playbook for the regional PMO. Ensuring individual countries are ramped up to support the service offerings. Representing and co-ordination the APAC program with the global PMO.

To be successful in this role you will possess a relevant university degree. Additionally you will be PMP/PgMP certified and boast of a minimum of 10 years of program leadership expereince in the construction sector with at least 3 years in a regional function.
