Cobalt Singapore are working with a leading property development/investment company who are seeking to appoint a Head of Development Management for their projects across Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia. This role will lead the project development of commercial, logistics, light industrial and build-to-suit projects. You will be responsible for the entire portfolio of project delivery from design development through to handover. 

  • Managing and running a development team
  • Highly adept in delivering greenfield development projects
  • Management of project timeline, budgets and delivery
  • Conceptual design
  • Detailed feasibility studies
  • Liaison with relevant authorities on project approvals
  • Management of consultants and contractors
  • Tenders & awards
  • Pre- and post-contract administration

You will have a Degree in Planning, Design, Building, Engineering (Structural/ M&E) with at least 10 years of project and development management experience in Singapore, SEA and APAC.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a strong track record for project delivery. You will work well under pressure and be an independent worker too. Based in Singapore, the role requires travelling.
