Our client is a private equity real estate investment company with a global portfolio of assets and they are now seeking to appoint a senior property manager to head up a newly-created team for their international and local properties (commercial/ office).

Responsibilities:

  • To start up a team in overall operations and property management of assigned buildings.
  • Manage outsourced contractors, vendors and service providers.
  • Upkeep of M&E and building systems and managing the performance of service providers.
  • Managing operating expenses and planning for improvement works.
  • Providing leadership and direction on tender specifications, budget control related to CAPEX and cyclical works and schedule planning.
  • Oversee leasing and project management for the portfolio.
  • Tenant and occupier management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering/ Building / Property and Facilities Management.
  • Minimum of 10 years in a similar role with strong commercial and office property management experience.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess the ability to work independently.
  • Strong team player.
  • Sound knowledge of Building Management and M&E systems.
