Cobalt Singapore are working with a global development company, who are seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Development Manager to lead on the project development of logistics, light industrial and build-to-suit projects in SE Asia. With several projects already signed and a development pipeline of $400-500m in greenfield projects this will be an exceptionally exciting role.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the entire project and development process, including:

  • Experience in delivering development projects
  • Solid grasp of project and design management (conceptual design etc.
  • Detailed feasibility studies
  • Management of project timeline, budgets and delivery
  • Liaison with relevant authorities on project approvals
  • Management of consultants and contractors
  • Tenders & awards
  • Pre- and post-contract administration
