Roles and responsibilities include:
- Sourcing for real estate opportunities and build relationship with agents, funds, developers, family oggices.
- Assessing real estate opportunities including financial modeling, due diligence, legal and compliance, rental and marketing
- Manage negotiation process with stakeholders and partners
- Do budgeting and manage ongoing projects
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in Real Estate sector
- At least 2 years of real estate investment experience with focus on Singapore and SEA
- Financial modeling skills
- Strong network within real estate in Singapore and SEA
