Our client is a very strong and active infrastructure investment fund based in Hong Kong with an international investment mandate.  Highly established with a very strong investment team as well as financial backing, they have developed an impressive portfolio of assets across transportation, utilities, power and energy.

As the business continues to rapidly invest and grow, there is a need to bring on board an Manager to the Portfolio Management Division. This is an excellent opportunity for an infrastructure investment professional to join a growing fund where you will have the opportunity to play a key role in developing and implementing strategy within portfolio companies whilst also investing on a regular basis.

The Manager will;

  • Report directly to the Head of the team and hold responsibility for the portfolio management of a number of large infrastructure assets across several international locations.
  • Work with the senior members of the team to develop and implement strategies across both the portfolio as well as within the individual assets.
  • Have the opportunity to invest as the team regularly complete bolt on acquisitions to the assets and portfolio.
  • Regularly conduct portfolio analysis, providing reports to the senior management.

Interested candidates will;

  • Be currently sitting in either a Portfolio or Investment Associate/Manager position within an infrastructure investment fund.
  • Have started their career in the M&A team of an investment bank or advisory firm where they will have developed a strong analytical skill set with ability to build financial models from scratch, lead on due diligence and valuations.
  • Demonstrate a strong interest and in-depth market knowledge of the infrastructure investment market.
  • Be motivated to build a long term career in Hong Kong where you will have the opportunity to step up within the business.
