Cobalt Recruitment is working exclusively with a leading development company based in London. The company are currently driving the strategic infrastructure stages of various brown and greenfield sites for residential-led developments. Our client has a large portfolio of landholdings at different stages, from planning development to sales.

Our client requires an Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the management of construction on a number of projects. The Project Manager will be able to hit the ground running and take the project from the early development stages; securing the S106’s, finalise planning applications, co-ordinate the design teams and take the project out to tender: to then deliver the scheme through to practical completion; managing external consultants and contractors and co-ordinating site start.

Our client requires someone on a contract basis for 9-12 months originally with the potential for a permanent position after this period of time.

Remuneration:

£350 – 450/day + expenses

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree and postgraduate qualification
  • Hands on experience in leading infrastructure for residential developments
  • Extensive design and project management skills from concept to delivery
  • Good communication and project reporting ability
