Cobalt Recruitment is working along side an industry leading global multi-disciplinary consultancy firm who is responsible for some of the largest and most forward thinking projects in the UK. Our client requires an Energy Project Manager to be based in its London office and to work on transmission and distribution projects including the HVDC inter-connector link between the UK and France.

The role will be challenging and rewarding as the Project Manager will gain exposure to the full 360 pre and post contract project life cycle and deliver projects within a framework of risk, sustainability and environmental considerations. This is a career changing opportunity to join a team working on multi billion pound energy projects with blue chip clients, such as National Grid.

Remuneration:

£55,000-£60,000 + attractive benefits package + bonus

Requirements:

  • A good engineering degree relevant to consulting and infrastructure work
  • Background in HV transmission and distributions.
  • Experience in scheduling, risk, budgeting and overseeing on site civils construction
  • Ideally speak French – role will include regular travel & trips to Paris
