Our client is one of the leading brands within their industry they are looking to hire a legal counsel to join their legal desk in Singapore. This role will be based in Singapore and will report to the Head of Legal based in Singapore.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in legal work for the company and its subsidiaries
- Handling/drafting/reviewing reporting documents
- Drafting/review of project and investment papers
- Negotiations for contracts and investments
- Assist with trademark and other IP cases, where necessary
Requirements include:
- Recognized law degree with 3 to 5 PQE
- Experience in corporate/commercial law
- Experience in intellectual property work would be an advantage
- Ability to work independently
This is an ideal role for candidates who are looking to move in-house and would like to gain exposure to the commercial aspects of a business. This role offers great growth opportunity as the company expands its business in SEA.
