Cobalt is currently assisting an A1 main contractor in their search for a contracts manager who is experienced in precasting procurement and contracts. This is an HQ position and in this role, you will be actively leading the precast team and managing the various contracts needed for precast. Precast handling/ management experience is needed.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the different production sites and progress to managing production
- Coordinate with the relevant service providers to ensure delivery are prompt and proper
- Control operational cost and ensure that the project is within budget and completed on time
- Develop, manage and make an improvement to quality procedures
- Quality control of the precast product skills and experience required
- Experienced in managing the production/operation of the precast factory
