Our client, a real estate consultancy is in the market for a Property Manager to join its commercial property team on an interim basis in its office based in Buckinghamshire. The contract would be for an initial 6 month period and there is potential for part time work.
The right candidate for this role would be MRICS qualified with Commercial property management experience – preferably retail and/or leisure assets.
This is a great opportunity to work on an exciting portfolio, taking on both day-to-day and strategic responsibility. This opportunity could suit a candidate keen to take on part time work or work full time.
Experience/ skill requirements;
- Commercial Retail/ Leisure property management experience
- MRICS
- Ideally private sector experience
- Opportunity is based in Buckinghamshire
