A well-established VC fund is looking for Investment Analyst / Associate to join them. With good track records in China, our client has more than 1 billion asset under management. The positions are either based in Shanghai or Beijing.

Requirement: 

  • 1-4 year experience in top IBD TMT industry
  • Team player
  • Graduated from top university 

Responsibility:

      • Evaluating potential investments, including financial, market, industry and strategic analysis;
      • Developing financial and valuation models for potential and existing investments;
      • Coordinating and executing due diligence in connection with investment evaluations;
      • Supporting the preparation of key deal materials including investment memos and term sheets;
      • Supporting portfolio management, including company performance monitoring and reporting; and 
      • Assisting in the development and execution of exit strategies in respect of existing investments.
