Lead Quantity Surveyor – MRICS – Real Estate Developer & Project Services Organisation – Central London
Salary from £100,000 per annum.

Our client is a small yet highly established property company offering the opportunity to lead the cost management side of the business and make the role your own.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone at Associate Director or Director Level looking to join a smaller firm with the ability to work within a client side and advisory environment.
Typical projects include: commercial office, industrial, hotels, high end residential, PRS residential and mixed use developments. Project values range from £5 million up to £100 million.
