Job Title – Quantity Surveyor

Location – Staffordshire

Salary – £40k – 45k + Car Allowance/ Car

Cobalt is working with a leading housing developer in the Midlands, who are looking to recruit a Quantity surveyor to join their team. The successful candidate will be initially working on a number of residential sites, each around 100 units, with the option to gain further responsibility as you grow and develop your career over the coming months.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Experience with a top 10 contractor with residential experience, or housing developer a must
  • Experience in Commercial Management
  • Tasks will include estimating, report writing, risk management, value management, tender and contract document preparation and all post contract financial administration duties.
  • They are looking for a confident professional, personable, with great interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure to deliver to deadlines.

Experience as a QS in a residential role is a must for this role.
