My client is an established company with a strong global footprint and impressive market standing. Due to aggressive business expansion, there currently exists an opportunity for a high-calibre Legal professional to join them.
Responsibilities :
- Understand business and operational aspects of relevant internal stakeholders and assist with launching new business initiatives, products and projects
- Develop, implement, improve and review business and operational processes and provide training to stakeholders
- Assist in helping to draft, negotiate and review a wide range of commercial contracts
Requirements :
- Called to the Singapore bar and with 5-8 years of experience
- Excellent academic and law firm credentials
- Thrives working in fast-paced, high pressure and entrepreneurial environment.
