Job Description
- Deal sourcing and analysis
- Deal structuring and executing of the acquisition of data centre assets
- Strong financial modelling skills to assess / support acquisitions
- Presentation of financial analysis to key stakeholders
- Conduct, coordinate and review legal, tax, technical & financial due diligence for assets to be acquired
- Preparation of investment papers, presentations and other required materials
- Prepare regular sector research of updated trends and market news/information including the review and analysis of financial, market information and analyst reports from various sources
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business, Real Estate Management or equivalent
- At least 8 years of relevant Real Estate investment experience
- Good report writing, verbal, financial modelling and presentation skills
- Independent and able to work under tight deadlines
