Are you an experienced Legal Secretary with an interest in taking on a more varied role which involves some quasi legal executive responsibilities?
This fantastic team in Auckland City is looking for a positive ‘can do’ person with excellent IT skills and a minimum of two years Legal Secretary experience who is keen to broaden their knowledge within the area of Property (both Residential, Commercial and working with Subdvisions).
You will be providing Secretarial / PA support to a busy, vibrant team who know how to work hard and play hard. This highly regarded firm ‘bats above its weight’ when it comes to property matters and the work is varied and interesting, where there is always something new to learn.
Experience with landonline is preferred as is an ability to work proactively, rather than waiting for the work to come to you. This intermediate to senior role would suit someone who has a strong desire to learn, excellent IT skills and as mentioned, some NZ based (preferably Property) Legal Secretarial experience. A Legal Executive qualification is not required.
