We are currently assisting our client, a Real Estate developer, to look for a Marketing Executive in Residential Leasing.

Requirements:

  • Implementation of properties’ leasing strategies
  • Adhere to the systems and procedures that have been devised for the project
  • Assist in the annual budget planning process
  • Generation of new leads and promotion of existing lead relationships
  • Analyses and shortlist potential properties based on leads requirements
  • Undertake property viewings with potential tenants
  • Negotiation of all transactions
  • Finalization of lease contracts
  • Delivery of the Commercial Leasing division’s revenues
  • Delivery of the individual key performance indicators ( KPI’s)
  • Provide accurate and timely project status reporting to the Sale manager for use in regular project status meetings
  • Identify, develop and maintain real estate industry contacts at the company’s events and press conferences in order to create market awareness

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Experience in the residential services
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication
  • Excellent client service
