Our client, a busy project and cost consultancy in the construction industry, is looking for an Office Administrator to support a growing team of Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors and assist in some of the company’s marketing efforts. You will have excellent skills in MS Office and experience of using InDesign or an equivalent software. Responsibilities will include:
- Typing and formatting agendas, minutes, letters and project documents in Word
- Formatting and producing high quality PowerPoint presentations and documents using InDesign
- Tracking project information on Excel
- Maintaining databases and calendars
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Photocopying, collating, binding and scanning
- Booking rooms and catering for meetings
- Assisting with marketing events
- Any other ad hoc admin duties
This is an exciting role for someone with previous office admin experience, within the Property or Construction industry who is looking to turn their hand to some more creative duties. You will have a flexible attitude and be willing to muck in, work to tight deadlines and enjoy the challenges of a demanding role.
