Part-time Office Manager/Receptionist
Based Leeds City Centre
£Competitive salary on a pro-rata basis for 3 days a week
This is an excellent opportunity for a capable Office Manager/Receptionist to join an established boutique Surveying Practice who specialise in Commercial Agency, Investment and Development.
The appointed candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
- Provide comprehensive support and general secretarial/administrative assistance for the equity partners and wider team both business and personal matters.
- Extensive diary management and coordinating/scheduling meetings.
- Fielding calls and providing front line interface between clients and all visitors.
- Coordinating travel UK travel and diary management.
- Preparing letters, board minutes, proof reading reports and copy typing/transcription.
- Compiling and managing Partner’s expenses.
- Extensive filing – electronic and hard copy documents.
- Updating/management of website.
- Ordering office supplies.
- Transferring calls.
- Building rapport with staff and clients alike.
The ideal candidate will have/will be:
- An excellent telephone manner with good communication skills.
- Previous experience working as an Office Manager/PA
- Presentable, pleasant, polite, helpful and efficient manner.
- Good typing skills.
- Administrative experience is essential for this role.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- High degree of commitment, flexibility with a willingness to help.
- Ability to work in a team based environment as well as independently.
- Must commit to maintain strict confidence regarding all sensitive information.
- Able to interact personally, yet professionally with regulatory officials and staff of all levels as well as with senior executives both within and outside the company.
