My client are a global Tier 1 investment firm, now looking for an Associate / Senior Associate.
The ideal candidate will have 2/3 years of IBD M&A experience, before having shifted into Private Equity for a minimum of 2 years.
Responsibilities / Requirements include:
– IBD M&A experience
– Private Equity / Credit / Debt investment
– Industry knowledge across industrials, natural resources, oil and gas for example is advantageous
– Strong stakeholder management
– Superb financial modeling / mathematical skills
