Project Architect
This is an opportunity for a talented Project Architect to be part of a design focused architectural, landscape and urban design practice. This medium sized studio is based in Clerkenwell and specialise in residential and mixed-use schemes. Due to winning some exciting competitions they are seeking a Project Architect to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an award winning and widely published studio that are highly respected within the industry, gaining valuable experience working on some high profile landmark schemes.
Remuneration:
£35,000 – £55,000 + Package
(Dependant on experience)
Job Role;
The successful Architect will be leading a team on large scale, high-end residential and mixed-use schemes. You will be involved through out the work stages working from feasibility through to completion. The successful candidate will be liaising directly with the client, consultant and contractors. The role requires outstanding design skills as well as good technical detailing ability. You should also be fully proficient in Mircostation and Revit would be beneficial. This is an excellent opportunity for career development within in a growing studio who support the development and growth of their staff.
Requirements:
- RIBA or ARB registered Architect with 5 years + experience.
- Experience of on large scale residential schemes.
- Working experience in Microstation.
- Professional experience of Revit would be beneficial.
- Experience of working within a team effectively and delivering tight deadlines on time and on budget.
- Ability to cope with change e.g. to brief, programme or role.
- Experience of working within the Residential sectors is required.
