Cobalt is working with a growing major player in the hospitality development industry who is looking for an Architectural trained Project Development Director to initially join the team in Singapore to handle a major project in Japan which they will relocate to later.
This role will be critical in the planning and implementation of a mega mixed development project. In particularly overseeing the architectural conceptual and detailed design of the development.
With a minimum of 10 years of experience, you would have a degree in Architecture and experience in handling large scale mixed-use developments. This will put you in consideration for this excellent opportunity which provides a competitive remuneration package and have you working on an exciting development.
