Project Manager – Entrepreneurial development business – London

£60,000 – £70,000 + Benefits + Bonus circa 20%+

We are representing an exceptionally dynamic new development business with west end offices who are looking for a Project Manager. The real-estate division is exceptionally well funded from the groups wider business interests and they are looking to grow this core team development estate. Current projects include a mix of high-end residential developments, multi unit mixed use schemes and a redevelopment of a central London office with construction costs of circa £3 – £10 million.

The Project Manager will work with the existing acquisitions and asset manager to take the schemes from acquisition through planning to completion. The role will involve appointing and overseeing the external professional teams and main contractors and overseeing the full 360 development process. They are looking for a entrepreneurial person who is looking to work closely within this family office estate and develop their portfolio and grow the functionality of the team.

Requirements:

  • MRICS preferable but not essential
  • BSc in Construction, Project Management or Architecture
  • Consultancy or developer background
  • Good experience in delivering mid – high specification turnkey projects valued between £1 million and £10 million
