Property Client Accountant LondonStart ASAP£40,000 – £46,000
My client is an exciting commercial real estate investment organisation who are recognised for their global influence within Real Estate. They are currently seeking a Property Client Accountant for one of their landmark assets to take full responsibility of the accounting process across this portfolio.
This opportunity is based on site and will suit an individual who enjoys full autonomy and responsibility in a sole role.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the monthly service charge variance analysis and annual service charge reconciliation through audit to certification
- Processing service charge invoices and creating payment files for the bi-weekly payment run
- Presenting and preparing monthly finance report at management meeting
- Preparing daily and monthly bank reconciliations and billing of rent, rates & service charges
- Dealing effectively with tenant enquiries when they arise
- Production of service charge cash and financial reconciliations up to Trial Balance
Personal Specification:
- You will have previous experience working within a Property Accountant function
- Previous experience working with the property management system Yardi would be advantageous
- Excellent service charge experience and knowledge is required for this role
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to details
- The ability to work autonomously in a sole role
