Central London

Package of £35,000 – £40,000

The Company

We’re currently working with a very unique firm based in a prestigious part of Central London who specialise in delivering the highest levels of service. They set the standard for property related services for high net worth clients, and are currently expanding their portfolio so are seeking to take on another Property Manager to join the team and continue to maintain their reputation for delivering the highest level of bespoke management.

The Role

Joining this team you will be taking over a small portfolio of around 40 clients who own various properties in London. You will frequently meet clients and attend properties to deliver a highly personal touch. Your responsibilities will cover meetings, reactive maintenance, refurbishment, vacant management, and extra arrangements (cleans, flower deliver etc).
