In-house Property Manager

Up to £40,000 plus benefits

Based Derbyshire

My client is leading UK private development and investment business who have are looking to recruit a proven Property Manager to their team in Derbyshire. The appointed Property Manager will be responsible for a national portfolio of mixed use assets and therefore an ability to travel is essential to this post.

The appointed candidate will possess the following experience:

  • Commercial Property Management experience gained within wither a consultancy or client led environment
  • Will undertake regular property inspections
  • Transitioning of properties in and out of management
  • Compliance around health and safety and insurance requirements
  • An ability to read and interpret leases
  • Working with the Asset Management and Finance team, create and implement service charge budgets
  • Proactive control of voids, working closing with the existing tenants and successfully on-boarding new tenants
  • Manage and maintain the internal property database
