A very well established Surveying firm based in Surrey is looking for a Property Manager to manage a South East portfolio on behalf of pension fund and property company clients. The relevant assets will be a mixture of office, industrial and retail assets.
The successful candidate will be very client facing, reporting to landlords and tenants directly, and will also be responsible for a wide range of duties including:
- Property management inspections across the regional commercial portfolio
- Address service charges and carry out reconciliations
- Carry out lease renewals, rent reviews and lease regears
- Assist with the disposal of properties and the management of third party solicitors and contractors
- Deal with service charges and carry out reconciliations
The successful candidate must be MRICS qualified, and have demonstrable knowledge of property management.
